About Tracy

Tracy Predeth has over 25 years extensive experience in the provision of leadership and management development mainly, but not exclusively, in the public sector.

 

Experience in strategic development, workplace restructure and creating short and long term objectives within the Public sector. Tracy graduated from Portsmouth University with a Masters Degree in Public Administration.  Whilst studying her BA Hons degree in Local Policy at the University of Gloucestershire she was awarded with the Zurich Municipal Award for outstanding achievement at Diploma level. 

 

Tracy has vast experience as a Consultant and Locum Clerk for a number of Councils assisting both Clerks and Councillors with day to day governance, finance and local Planning initiatives, recruitment and legal advice. 

    

Specialties: Local Authority development, Management, Strategic Planning and Development, Team Development, Employee motivation, Open Spaces management.

Tracy is  currently studying towards an Advanced Diploma CIPD in Employment Law.
